Kalady Madhavan Namboothiri

Shri Madhavan Namboodiri was born in Paramana Illam in Kalady – the very sacred land that witnessed the birth of Sri Adi Sankara Bhagawadpada. Born as a Brahmin and one who loves mankind, he underwent various trials and tribulations which he overcame by steadfast devotion to Jagad Janani (Universal Mother) who chose him to head the form and head the Shri Lalithayanam Trust.
